FREE 3D Printing Seconds Adopt a Tool
This listing is for a range of 3D printing seconds, there’s nothing wrong with their functionality, mostly cosmetic and some were prototypes.
Reasons for failing quality control:
filament issue that caused impairment on the surface
printer periodically not importing print profile correctly and the operator (yours truly) forgot to check if the profile had been imported correctly, for example 45% infill was not imported so items printed at default 15% infill... this happened early on in my "printing career" when I didn't realise this could happen but now I am more careful;
print bed adhesion issue causing bottom layer to lift, again purely cosmetic, does not affect functionality.
There are a range of items that ended up in the seconds tub, including:
Modular Niddy Noddy Sets
Plying Tools
Turkish Spindles
Yarn Caddies
Ring Distaff
I would love to see these go to a loving crafter where they will be used and appreciated instead of languishing in a plastic tub. These are totally free and you do not need to buy anything to receive them, all I ask is for you to cover the postage. There is a limit to 2 per person until they run out, hopefully this will help more people to try out the tools.
